By creating an account, accessing, or using Practira ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Practira. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental consent.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We are not liable for activity under your account due to your failure to maintain security.

4. Acceptable Use

• No uploading harmful, illegal, or infringing content.
• No attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.
• No reselling or misrepresenting Practira as your own product.

5. Intellectual Property

Practira and its contents, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by law. You retain rights to the content you upload, but grant us a limited license to process it in order to provide the Service.

6. AI Content

Practira uses third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Google Gemini) to generate study materials. Generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete. You agree to use AI outputs responsibly and at your own risk.

7. Payments

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to pay the listed fees. For billing questions, contact us at billing@practira.com.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may cancel anytime.

9. Disclaimer

Practira is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid (if any) in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
