• Basic usage data: feature usage, timestamps, and technical metadata.
• Payment info: handled securely by Stripe (not stored on our servers).

2. How We Use Information

• To provide and improve the Service.
• To generate flashcards, quizzes, and summaries with AI providers (e.g., OpenAI). Your content is not used to train AI models.
• To process payments and provide support.
• To keep the Service secure and prevent abuse.

3. Sharing of Information

• AI providers: only content you choose to process with AI.
• Stripe: for secure payment processing.
• Legal: if required by law.

4. Data Storage & Security

Practira uses secure, encrypted cloud infrastructure. Files are private and accessed only via short-lived, signed links. Administrative access is limited and monitored.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

You control your data. Delete files, classes, or your account at any time. When you delete your account, your associated data is permanently removed from our systems.

6. Your Rights

• Request a copy of your account data.
• Delete your data at any time from within the app.
• Manage email preferences and opt out of non-essential messages.

7. Children’s Privacy

Practira is for learners 13+. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we discover we have, we will delete it promptly.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be communicated (e.g., by email or in-app notice). Continued use means you accept the updated Policy.
